This shopping list includes all ingredients for:

If an amount is not listed, you will only need a small amount of the item in the recipe, so just having one package/bottle of that ingredient will be sufficient.
Produce
- [ ] 1 head of garlic
- [ ] At least 3 cups tightly packed fresh basil leaves (not including stems)
- [ ] Arugula bunch (or other green of choice)
- [ ] 1 whole acorn squash
- [ ] 1-2 lemons
Meat
- [ ] 1-2 lbs chicken breast or thighs (boneless, skinless)
Dairy/Eggs
- [ ] At least 30 g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- [ ] At least 10 g Romano cheese (or use more Parmigiano Reggiano)
- [ ] 1-2 sticks of butter
Dry, Frozen, or Canned Goods
- [ ] Pack of pine nuts, at least 40 g
- [ ] 1 lb (454 g) box orzo (or other starch like rice or a different pasta)
