This shopping list includes all ingredients for:

- Make Ahead Carnitas
- Carnitas & Zucchini Mac & Cheese (recipe in the newsletter)
If an amount is not listed, you will only need a small amount of the item in the recipe, so just having one package/bottle of that ingredient will be sufficient.
Produce
- [ ] A few garlic cloves
- [ ] 1 lemon
- [ ] Lettuce for Caesar: Romaine, Gem, Butter, or equivalent crispy lettuce
- [ ] 1 medium zucchini or vegetable of choice for the mac & cheese
Misc.
- [ ] Toppings of choice for Caesar: Croutons (make your own with old bread!), fried shallots (just buy these), bacon bits (plz make your own..), crisped carnitas (check out last week’s newsletter), sliced chicken, or leftover anchovies
Meat
- [ ] 2-3 pounds of boneless pork shoulder marbled with fat
Dairy/Eggs
- [ ] 8 oz (1/2 lb) block of cheddar cheese
- [ ] A chunk of high-quality parmesan, at least a few oz
- [ ] At least 1-2 whole eggs
Dry/Canned Goods
- [ ] Box of dried penne pasta
