This shopping list includes all ingredients for:

- Egg salad (recipe in the newsletter)
If an amount is not listed, you will only need a small amount of the item in the recipe, so just having one package/bottle of that ingredient will be sufficient.
Produce
- [ ] 1 head of garlic
- [ ] 5-6 tomatillos
- [ ] 1 bunch of cilantro
- [ ] 1 onion
- [ ] 1 lemon
- [ ] Fresh green peppers (try x1 jalapeno, x1 serrano, or x2 poblanos) — or a handful total
- [ ] Crunchy aromatics: onions, celery, carrots, or scallions
- [ ] A few stalks/handful of each
- [ ] Optional pozole garnishes: Cabbage, cilantro, radish, avocado, onion, lime juice, or cotija cheese
Meat
- [ ] 3 lbs of chicken thighs or pork shoulder

- [ ] Can of hominy
